Loose Content are a three-piece indie/alt-rock band formed in the hinterlands of Byron Bay during high school — MiLLa (vocals, bass, 21), Sam Sanders (guitar, 21) and Aquila Porter (drums, backing vocals, 19). Their sound draws from Radiohead, PJ Harvey and Wolf Alice, fusing the urgency of punk and the melodic sensibility of Britpop with a distinctly Australian bite. They first turned heads with debut EP Costumes, recorded with Nick DiDia (Pearl Jam, Bruce Springsteen, Rage Against The Machine)
